04Applications and separate agreements

Applications such as ABSANA HR, Logistics ERP, Estimator, Dapur OS, and MEMS, as well as modular ERP services, may have their own contracts, licenses, terms of use, privacy notices, or delivery documents. If they differ from these corporate website terms, the applicable service-specific agreement governs to the extent permitted by law.
